Earnings & Results Disclaimer
Every number on this site, and what it does and does not tell you.

There is no guarantee
Nothing on this site, in any course, or in any coaching conversation is a guarantee that you will earn a particular amount, grow by a particular multiple, or achieve any specific result.
If anyone in this industry offers you one, that is the moment to be careful.
What the numbers on this site actually are
They come in three kinds, and it is worth knowing which you are looking at:
- My own history — practices owned, the 7× production growth on the first turnaround, companies founded. These describe what happened in my businesses. They are one dentist's experience over many years, in specific markets, with specific teams.
- Benchmarks — collections at 98%+, overhead under 60%, case acceptance at 70%+. These are targets the course teaches you to run your practice against. They are what a well-run practice aims at, not a report of my results and not a forecast of yours. The panels that show them say so on their face.
- Tool output — anything the calculators under /tools produce. Those are arithmetic on numbers you typed in. They are only as good as your inputs and the simplified model behind them.
Why your results will differ
Practice performance depends on things no course controls: your market and its competition, your payer mix and contracts, your team and whether they stay, your own clinical speed and leadership, your capital, your local economy, and how much of the work you actually do.
Two dentists can take the same course, apply it with different consistency, and end up in very different places. The variable that moves most is effort.
Testimonials
Where students or clients describe their results, those are that person's individual experience, given honestly and used with permission. They are not typical, not average, and not a prediction. I do not pay for testimonials.
Forward-looking statements
Language about what a practice could, might or should achieve is opinion and illustration, not a projection you can rely on. Treat it the way you would treat any other business opinion: as an input to your own judgement.
This is not professional advice
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Before you make a decision with money attached — an acquisition, a contract, a hire, dropping a PPO — take it to your own CPA, attorney or advisor.
You are responsible for what you do with your practice. That is also the good news: it is the part you control.
