I’ve owned and managed more than 16 dental practices, along with a dental assisting school, a supply company, and a dental lab. My mission now is helping dentists create more profitable, fulfilling, and
sustainable careers.
From the moment I entered dental school, I was fascinated not only by the clinical side of dentistry but also by the business side. During those years, I even launched a small business making LED loupe lights—an early taste of entrepreneurship that sparked my interest in building.
Soon after, I acquired a smaller practice from a retiring dentist and merged it with my father’s office. Even though Medicaid patients accounted for over 70% of the base, I made the bold decision to discontinue Medicaid services. Surprisingly, production and revenue didn’t fall—they grew. Through smart,
incremental improvements, the practice scaled to more than seven times its original production. That success showed me firsthand how powerful the right systems and strategies can be.
That transformation fueled my passion for practice ownership, and I began acquiring or starting at least one practice per year, with the peak being three in a single year. My entrepreneurial journey expanded into other ventures as well: a centralized management office, a dental lab, a handpiece repair business, a multi-location dental assisting school, and a dental supply company. Over time, I strategically sold some of these businesses and practices, focusing on growth and consolidation where it made the most sense.
Alongside my work in dentistry, I’ve invested in a variety of real estate projects, including commercial developments, medical buildings, short-term rentals, vacation properties, and land development. Real estate has become more than just an investment—it’s a passion and another way to create lasting opportunities.
Dentistry is an incredible profession, but too many dentists feel stuck, burned out, or overwhelmed. My mission is to change that.
